At the heart of this trio, is our Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500 mL), crafted from first press, cold-pressed olives sourced from the sun-drenched groves of southern Italy, where olive trees have been cultivated for generations.  Smooth, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, olive oil is a cornerstone of both Italian and Egyptian cooking—ideal for drizzling, dipping, finishing, and everyday culinary use.  Our olive oil reflects the Mediterranean philosophy that simple ingredients, when treated with care, create extraordinary flavor.

Complementing the olive oil is our certified Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (250 mL each), produced using traditional Italian methods and aged to a luxuriously smooth 1.36 density. Nero d’Oro (“Black Gold”) delivers rich depth and a gentle, velvety sweetness, inspired by Italy’s time-honored aging traditions — a staple at every family table.

Completing the bundle is our fig-infused balsamic vinegar, a nod to Egypt’s ancient love for figs, one of the earliest cultivated fruits of the Mediterranean.  Solfico (“Sun Fig”) highlights the warmth of fig—an ingredient deeply rooted in both Italian and Egyptian food culture—infused with natural fig aroma extracted and imported from Italy.  Sweet, complex, and slightly earthy, it bridges past and present, blending beautifully with Italian craftsmanship to create something truly timeless.
