Founded by Carmela, born in Italy, and Susan, of Egyptian heritage, the brand reflects their roots and their passion for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. What began as a friendship rooted in shared meals and family traditions evolved into a mission: to create products that honor the purity of Italian craftsmanship and the rich, aromatic depth of Egyptian flavor.
